A Fundraiser for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America

Currently, an estimated 1.4 million Americans suffer from Crohn’s disease and Ulcerative Colitis, two chronic intestinal diseases that affect people of all ages.  For the time being, both diseases remains incurable.  With your help, we can raise money for research to find a cure, raise awareness and improve the quality of life for sufferers of these diseases.

In Celebration of National Portrait Month, Davidson Photography will be donating a portion of the proceeds from their Family Portrait Month sessions to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America, where the money will be used for research and patient support.

When you schedule your portrait session, a portion of the proceeds from specially priced portrait packages will be donated to the CCFA, and your portrait session will take us one step closer to a cure!  In addition, Davidson Photography will be offering reduced pricing on their Heirloom Canvas prints for this event only.

To book a session, please call  us today at 760-422-0288!

On November 16, 2008, Claire (Mark’s daughter) ran a half marathon in San Antonio to raise funds for researching Crohn’s and colitis as a Team Challenge participant. She finished with a time of 2:15:29. Twenty nine seconds off her target of 2:15.  Not bad for 13.1 miles and her first competitive event. We have currently raised over $3800 but the race is still on to raise even more for the cause.
